Climate Direct UK is operated by Morespace Construction Ltd. These terms apply to orders placed through our online store.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may contact you if a product becomes unavailable or if additional information is required to fulfil your order.

Delivery

Our standard estimated UK delivery time is 3–5 working days. In some circumstances, including supplier availability, high demand, carrier delays, special-order products or factors outside our reasonable control, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Products and installation

Air-conditioning equipment must be installed and commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and all applicable legal and technical requirements. Where installation is not included in the order, the customer is responsible for arranging suitable installation.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel or return an order depend on the type of purchase, the condition of the goods and applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
